By accessing or using the EarnLayer website or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must meet the minimum age and legal capacity requirements in your jurisdiction to use the platform. Additional eligibility requirements — such as region, language, or identity verification — may apply to specific tasks or withdrawal functionality once available.

When account functionality becomes available, you will be responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Work is organized into sessions of a limited number of tasks, assigned automatically one at a time from a single shared pool available to every account. A short cooldown applies between sessions, and a minimum amount of completed work is required each day to count toward a Working Day.

Task availability depends on geography, language, and platform demand at any given time, so the specific tasks open to you may vary.

Tasks must be completed in full, according to the instructions provided, within any applicable time limit. Incomplete, abandoned, or expired tasks may not be eligible for payment.

By submitting a completed task, you represent that the submission is your own work, completed in good faith, and accurate to the best of your ability. Submissions may be reviewed, scored, rejected, or used as described in our Privacy Policy.

Workers are expected to complete tasks honestly, accurately, and independently, without the use of automated tools, scripts, or unauthorized assistance intended to circumvent task requirements or quality review.

• Submitting fraudulent, plagiarized, or low-quality work
• Attempting to manipulate task outcomes or payouts
• Misrepresenting your identity, location, or eligibility
• Harassing platform staff, other workers, or business clients
• Any use of the platform for an unlawful purpose

Each worker may hold one active account, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by EarnLayer. Operating multiple accounts to increase task access, earnings, referral bonuses, or to evade a suspension is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

Using bots, scripts, browser automation, or any other automated means to complete tasks, submit responses, or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. Task submissions must reflect direct human completion.

Certain task types require independent human judgment and prohibit the use of AI tools (including generative AI or chatbots) to produce or assist with a submission. Where a task's instructions prohibit AI assistance, submitting AI-generated or AI-assisted content is a violation of these Terms and may be treated as fraudulent activity.

The platform, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by EarnLayer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform except as permitted by law.

Subject to applicable law and any separate agreement, task submissions and related work product may be used by EarnLayer and its business clients for AI evaluation, training, and related purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a task, you grant EarnLayer the rights necessary to use, process, and license that submission for these purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that task submissions may be processed, analyzed, and used to evaluate and improve AI systems, including by EarnLayer's business clients, subject to applicable data handling practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Task rewards are paid in real USD, credited to your account balance once a submission is approved. Reward amounts reflect the task's tier and are shown before you start — they are the actual dollar value earned, not an internal measurement or currency-equivalent points.

USD rewards per task are determined by the task's tier and complexity at the time of completion. Reward amounts displayed on the platform are set by EarnLayer and may be updated for future tasks; the amount applied to a completed task is the one in effect at the time it was approved.

Every completed, approved task pays real USD — that part is straightforward. Your total earnings depend on how much eligible work you complete and platform policies in effect at the time.

Earnings associated with your account may be considered pending until associated tasks are fully reviewed and approved, and may be adjusted or reversed in cases of quality failure, policy violation, or suspected fraud.

Withdrawal functionality is planned for a future release. When available, withdrawal eligibility will depend on factors such as accumulated earnings, completed working days, and other platform requirements in effect at the time. Identity verification is not a standard requirement but may be requested in cases of suspected fraud or unusual activity. Where available, withdrawals may be made to any supported account with no withdrawal fees.

Certain milestones, including withdrawal eligibility, are measured in completed working days rather than consecutive calendar days. A working day is counted when a worker completes a meaningful amount of eligible work. Skipped calendar days pause progress toward a milestone but do not reset previously completed working days.

Earnings are paid by completing a task according to its instructions — there is no ongoing personal quality score or performance rating that gates access to regular tasks.

EarnLayer may review any submission, including through automated checks, manual review, or comparison against reference answers, at any time before or after a task is marked approved, for accuracy and fraud-prevention purposes.

Reference checks are occasional tasks with a known correct answer, mixed into regular task queues without prior notice, used to help verify overall submission accuracy across the platform. They are not used to calculate a personal score.

Any attempt to manipulate task outcomes, submit fraudulent or low-quality work, misrepresent your identity or eligibility, or otherwise abuse the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination, and forfeiture of associated pending earnings.

We may suspend your access to the platform, pending investigation, if we suspect a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that may harm the platform, its users, or its clients.

We may terminate or restrict your access to the platform at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the platform at any time.

An account with no activity for 30 consecutive days may be suspended or banned. If this happens, contact worker support to request reactivation.

Withdrawals, once available, are expected to be processed through third-party payment providers. EarnLayer is not responsible for delays, errors, or fees imposed by external payment providers, banks, or intermediaries outside our control.

Identity verification (know-your-customer, or KYC, checks) is not a standard requirement for most workers. EarnLayer may request identity verification if we detect unusual account activity, suspected fraud, or where required by law or payment provider policy. Failure to complete requested verification may limit your access to withdrawals or the platform.

You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform in your jurisdiction. EarnLayer does not provide tax advice and may be required to collect tax-related information or report earnings where legally required.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform, including specific features, may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The amount, frequency, and type of available work varies by demand, geography, and language.

You're paid real USD for every task you complete and get approved. Because your total earnings depend on how much work is available and how much you complete, the dollar ranges shown on this site are illustrative examples, not a fixed number everyone will hit.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarnLayer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarnLayer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
